Western Sirloin in Decherd

The food was pretty good, but I didnt like that none of the food comes with sides. If you want fries with your burger you have to pay extra.

The food is fantastic and the STEAKS are amazing! Inside is very warm and welcoming. I gave three stars because of their servers. Sometimes they are great others not so much. Some act like they can"t be bothered to wait on their tables. I recommend getting water to drink since it's free and you won't get a refill on it anyway.

Food is decent. Service is good. Alot of choices on the menu. Family friendly. Small home town feel.

I really like this restaurant. I have been back several times. There is a wonderful fresh salad bar. The steaks are very good. I have always received great food, and service.

I got a 12 oz Delmonico Ribeye. The steak was very tasty and cooked as ordered. Service was almost too fast. Definition of a Delmonico is a steak of any cut of meat, Ribeye being the most common. However, regardless the type of meat it should be a thick steak 1.5 - 2 inches thick. That was not true at West. Sirloin, it was barely 1/2 inch thick. Therefore it gets 4 stars.

Great selection of food for lunch or dinner. Amazing salad bar! I personally love their hamburger steak.

Over priced, small menu, decent salad bar. Steaks were cooked well and had great flavor. Adding the salad bar to a meal is expensive. Steaks only come with one side, and there are very limited side options. Restaurant has been remodeled recently and has a nice atmosphere, but drinks are served in chewed up plastic cups, and silverware needs replaced.

I can’t figure out what the fuss is all about when it comes to this place. I’ve been a few different times. The food isn’t terrible but the prices are far too high. I’ve never been impressed and I’ve had soups, sandwiches, salads, and steak.

My most favorite steak house! Friendly staff and it has a family feel to it. The food is wonderful and my wife and I love the patio! We have stayed there after the lights went out in the parking lot and they never rushed us out. Great food, great service, friendy staff, very clean and that goes for the restroom also.

I am completely reluctant to eat at places I don't know in Tennessee. However, I decided to go and try this place out today and I must say I am very happy I went to give it a chance. The potato salad was beyond words awesome. The steak was good but not great. I would give it the equivalent of the waffle house steak. It just had no taste unless I salted it heavily and even then it was just eh. Everything else was excellent including the salad bar. If they can learn how to make a better steak I would give them 5 stars. Honestly I have and do cook better steaks on my grill at home. Thats sad to say when the flagship of this restaurant should be steak.

We went with our church tonight and the waitresses on shift took great care! Good was awesome! Big spacious party rooms

Food was okay, but overpriced. However, the options are limited for eating out in Winchester/Decherd, so all things considered it's a good option.

This is a popular locally owned steak house. It is order from the menu, no buffet. There is a good salad and soup bar. The menu has many options other than steak to include seafood, chicken dishes, sandwiches, wraps, and spaghetti. I particularly like the chicken souvlaki.

The menu and prices are like a big chain steakhouse (Texas Roadhouse, Logan's, etc), and the steak was good, but there was a lot that was chintzy. The fried green beans were great, but didn't come with a dipping sauce. My steak came with a thick slice of mediocre toast. My baked potato came with packages of butter and a package of sour cream instead of fresh butter and sour cream.The place was clean and nicely decorated and the server was good.I would go again if someone really wanted to, but I'd never suggest it them.

Food was delicious and came out pretty quick. The waitress we had was great. No complaints.

I had been there in a while but we was in the Winchester Tennessee stop the nerve by wife went to the salad bar made a couple of trips maybe a few more she really enjoyed it I ordered a hamburger steak extremely well. They took it back and did the job on it along with a baked potato and the tea was so good enjoyed it

I've been here twice and had a horrible experience they forgot two things that I ordered and I had got my salad after my dinner. Very disappointed

A give star experience! Our 8 oz.. steak was perfect.. salad super fresh and the sweet potato fries awesome. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive throughout the meal.

Food was good BUT no social distancing at tables, and they were not that crowded. Also, hostess was not wearing mask till we walked in and owner was not wearing a mask at all. Did not feel comfortable in dinning room !

Food was very good, and served hot and well prepared. Waitress was attentive and a good source for local information. Made for a pleasant break during a road trip.

The staff and the atmosphere were awesome. The only disappointment is the steaks. I think they pounded the steaks, and they came out really thin. Which also means that I can't expect a medium rare steak. Both our steaks were well- done. The rest of the food was great, but the steaks weren't up to the name.

Great little steak house. My job brings me to Franklin County frequently. This place is a great non fast food option. The cheesesteak is great. Service is top notch. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious.

My personal experience here was subpar. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I found my selections limited. Their salad bar was atrocious, with the lettuce leaving a mettalic taste in my mouth. The soup was cold, and my hoagie bun was stale. However, with all of this, the bathrooms were clean. My food took quite a while in the kitchen. The decor was sparse, and the lights were too bright by far. Everything inside is black, and the sign outside is barely legible. The parking lot was tiny and cramped. The clean bathrooms and fast table service barely bring my review to 2 stars. This would barely be my first choice.

Our table was very dirty . Waitress tried to tell us it was the grain in the table . It was sticky. We asked her to clean it . Reluctantly she did. She didn't dry the table so I went and asked for paper towels to dry my table. Waitress was clueless 😐. Food was ok. She spoiled our dinner.

The food was very fresh, well cooked and seasoned and prices are middle of the road, and close to other market competitors.. Onlybissue was the waitress. Maybe I went when she was having a bad day, but. Not friendly much and very short with us in general. I'll try again becaus ethe food was good. I will update review after second visit.

Very awesome place to sit down and enjoy a great steak how ever you like. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Lunch was really good! Our waitress was excellent, wearing her mask and gloves. Other diners were seated well apart from us. Salad bar was closed, of course, but we still enjoyed everything!

Staff was extremely friendly and even though they was packed and very busy they made sure we was taken care of. Only 4 stars because they over cooked the steak but it was still delicious.
